Use Adella for your own business, on accounts you have the right to connect, within the law and the rules of the platforms you connect. Do not use it to harm other people, other customers, or the service.
The rules
- Only accounts you have authority over. Do not connect an advertising account, store, analytics property, mailbox or calendar unless you own it or its owner has authorized you to connect it and, where you turn on write access, to let changes be applied to it.
- Within the law. Do not use Adella to break any law, including advertising, consumer protection, privacy, anti-spam and export laws, or to promote anything illegal.
- Within the platforms' rules. Do not use Adella to do anything the connected platform's terms forbid, including to evade its policies, limits or reviews.
- No unsolicited messages. Do not use Adella CRM, Adella Account Manager or any connection to send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, or that the law treats as spam.
- No harmful or deceptive content. Do not use Creative Lab or any other feature to make content that is false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that targets children, or that impersonates a person or organization.
- No interference. Do not probe, scan, overload or attempt to gain access to the service, another customer's workspace or our suppliers' systems; do not introduce malicious code; do not use automated means to extract data from the service beyond the export and API we provide.
- No reverse engineering. Do not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the software, the models, the checks or the benchmarks, and do not use the service to build a competing product.
- No reselling without agreement. Do not resell, rent or offer the service to third parties except as the agency path and an agreement with us allow.
- One person, one sign-in. Do not share sign-in details or let someone use the service under another person's name.
If we believe a workspace breaks this policy we may suspend it or a connection at once and tell you why; where the breach can be put right we give you 14 days to do so before ending the agreement. Report misuse to [email protected].
