Cookie policy:
One kind of cookie, and only if you say yes.
What the website stores in your browser, what it is for, and how to change your mind.
In plain words
adella.com sets no cookies when you arrive. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets its cookies so we can see which pages are read; nothing from them is used for advertising.
Your choice is remembered in your browser so you are not asked on every page. Change it any time from Cookie settings in the footer.
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as no.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser so that it can recognize the browser on a later visit. Browsers also offer local storage, which works in a similar way but is not sent to the server. This policy covers both.
2. What adella.com stores
| Name | Set by | What it does | How long | Needs your consent |
|---|---|---|---|---|
adella-consent (local storage) | adella.com | Remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics, so the banner is not shown again. | 12 months, then we ask again | No. It stores only your choice. |
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics 4 | Tells pages read in one visit apart from pages read in another, with a random identifier. IP addresses are anonymized. Advertising features and Google Signals are off. | _ga 2 years; _ga_* 2 years | Yes. Not set until you accept. |
The contact form stores nothing in your browser. The sign-in and the application run on a separate address, where a session cookie keeps you signed in; that cookie is strictly necessary and is covered in the application.
3. In the application
When you sign in, the application sets a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a stored value that remembers which workspace you were last in. Both are necessary for the service and need no consent. When you add a card, Stripe's payment form sets its own cookies (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid) for fraud prevention; they are necessary to take a payment. The application sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
4. Your choice
The first time you visit, a banner at the bottom of the page asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Nothing is set until you answer. Decline, and the site works exactly the same; we just cannot see that you were here.
To change your choice, use the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. To remove the cookies themselves, use your browser's settings; every browser can show, block and delete cookies for a single site.
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal (Sec-GPC), we treat it as a refusal of analytics cookies and do not show the banner.
5. Changes
If we add a cookie, this page and the banner change first, and the banner is shown again so you can decide.
