Business superintelligence that acts.

How it works:

It opens every account every night, so you never have to.

Connect once. Every night Adella Insight reads every account, checks it against the full catalog of known leaks, prices each one from your store's own orders, and shows the fix beside it. You read the findings in the morning and decide.

The run:

What happens each night while you sleep.

  1. 01

    Connect. Four minutes, once.

Sign in with Google. Connect Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and your Shopify or Magento store; add Microsoft Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X, Criteo and Klaviyo whenever you want them. Each connection is read-only. Nothing in your accounts is changed by connecting. For agencies, each client gets its own workspace and its own connections, and your staff see only the clients you give them.

  2. 02

Tonight it reads 450 days of your history.

Most tools start from the day you connect, so they know nothing for a month. Adella Insight loads the last 450 days from every account the night you connect. The first check runs against fifteen months of your own history. It knows what a normal week looks like for you, what a normal Tuesday looks like, and what last year's promotion did. Your first morning has real findings in it.

  3. 03

Every night it checks every account against every known leak.

Overnight, every account is checked against a list of known leaks at four levels. In the account: searches and audiences that spend and never sell, budgets off plan, placements that bring clicks and no sales, tracking that stopped reporting. In the strategy: money in a channel that stopped working, campaigns bidding against each other. In the funnel: visitors you paid for who leave at the page or the checkout. In the business: a product that sells a lot and earns nothing, a discount that raises revenue and loses profit. Every check has a published rule and a source. Every leak we look for.

  4. 04

Every leak priced in dollars, from your own orders.

Each leak is priced from the orders your store actually recorded, not from the revenue the ad platform claims. The price includes cost of goods, discounts, refunds and returns. When the platform's number and the store's number disagree, you see both and the size of the gap.

  5. 05

Each finding written in sentences, with the fix beside it.

Every chart has a written finding next to it. It says what is wrong, what it costs, and what to change, in plain sentences. AI writes the sentences. Every number comes straight from your data. No number is ever generated.

  6. 06

A person approves every change before it is made.

The fix is written as a specific change: exclude these terms, cap this budget, move this money, pause this ad set, stop advertising this product. On Meta, you approve the change and it is applied for you. On Google, the finding gives you the exact steps today, and one-click apply is coming next. Nothing changes in your accounts until a person says yes. Bigger changes need more approvals.

  7. 07

The record: who decided, what was expected, what happened.

Every approved change goes on the record with the person who approved it, the predicted saving, and the measured result after the change. You show this record at renewal, in the board meeting, and to whoever takes over the account. The written record.

  8. 08

In the morning, you read the findings.

At 7:00am the findings from the night are in your inbox, in dollars, ordered by what they cost, with the detail behind each one. A page for each account, or all accounts together. You decide what to act on.

One morning, walked:

7:00am

3 leaks found overnight across Google Ads, Meta and Shopify. $5,900 a month.

Google Search: 412 search terms have spent money for 90 days and produced no sales.

$1,860 /mo

The fix: block the 412 terms, so the budget moves to the terms that sell.

Meta: two campaigns are spending 31% over plan with no rise in purchases.

$940 /wkFix inside

Shopify: your most advertised product loses money on every order after its discount.

$3,200 /moFix inside

Illustrative account: a DTC apparel brand, about $48,000 a month across Google Ads and Meta, Shopify store. Figures invented to show the format.

One finding, from the night it was found to the fix.

The night after you connect, the check reads 15 months of search terms. It finds 412 terms that have spent for 90 days without a single sale. It prices them from the store's recorded orders: $1,860 a month. It writes the fix: block the 412 terms so the budget moves to terms that sell. It puts the finding at the top of the morning page because it is the largest. At 9:12am a strategist reads it and approves it. The approval, the person and the predicted saving go on the record. Thirty days later, the measured saving is written next to the prediction: $1,710 a month.

Illustrative account. The figures are invented to show the format.

The rules:

What it will not do.

It will not change an account without approval. It will not make up a number. It will not recommend a change the data does not support, and when it holds back, it tells you why. It will not show one company's clients to another. Each workspace's data is kept separate. Security and your data.
