Adella Account Manager:
The briefing is ready before you open your inbox. The replies are drafted when you ask.
Your morning briefing, the reply to last night's question, the monthly report, the promise you made three weeks ago: all written from the record, ready for your review when you sit down. Nothing is sent until you send it.
Adella Account Manager is in beta and included with Adella Insight. For an agency, every client. For a brand, the owner and the board.
01The briefing
You will start every day already knowing what matters.
At 7:00am, the three to seven things across all your clients that need you today, in order of urgency, each with the reason it is on the list and the action to take. Routine activity is left out. Some days the list is empty, and that is a real answer. The morning briefing.

Three items need you today.
Nothing is sent until you send it. Illustrative clients.
02The reply
The client's reply will be in your drafts before you open your inbox.
When a client emails you, a draft reply appears in your own mailbox within minutes. It is written from the email thread, the last thirty days with that client, their latest numbers and the promises still open, with every figure linked to its source. You edit and send, or delete it. Drafted replies.
Drafted replies
Hi Sarah, September closed 14% down on August, and three things explain most of it.
The 20% code ended on 28 August and 38% of August orders used it $17,000. We cut Meta prospecting by 22% on 9 September after the pacing alert $8,900, and profit improved by $2,300 as a result. GA4 stopped reporting for three days; the sales exist, the report did not see them $4,100.
The October plan is attached. Can we go through it Thursday?
Nothing is sent until you send it. Illustrative client.
03The promise
You will never miss a promise to a client again.
“I'll send the proposal by Friday” becomes a tracked promise the moment you write it. Overdue promises, clients who have gone quiet, a change in a client's tone, and renewals nobody has raised all reach you before they reach the client. Promises and alerts.

Tomorrow morning:
Tomorrow's briefing is written from tonight's findings.
Connect tonight. Adella Insight reads every account; Account Manager writes the briefing, the replies and the report from what it found. You keep the judgment and the send button.
Report is free for as long as you want it.
Every number comes from your data. Nothing changes without your approval. Every decision goes on the record.
Your record:
| Date | Change | Approved by | Predicted | Measured, 30 days |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nothing yet. Approve a finding above. | ||||
Illustrative account. On your account the measured column fills in 30 days after the change, from your own orders.
What else it does:
Every morning starts with the report and the replies. What happened yesterday, why, what was changed, what it returned, written so a client or an owner can understand it. Then the questions that come back. It is the same work every day, and it leaves no time for the work that grows the account. Adella Account Manager does the writing from the record. You keep the judgment and the send button.
The client timeline
Email, Slack and calendar, sorted to the right client and shown as one timeline next to that client's numbers. Ask it anything: “when did Wayne last mention pricing?” The client timeline.
The monthly report
Written from the record: what was found, what was approved, who approved it, what it returned. In the client's language, with every figure linked to its source. The written record.
Nothing is sent by itself
Every outgoing message is a draft until a person sends it. Sensitive topics and sensitive senders are never drafted. They are flagged to you instead.
The three rules:
- 1
Every number on the page comes from your data. Not one is generated.
- 2
Nothing changes in your accounts until a named person says yes.
- 3
Every decision is recorded with its prediction and its measured result. Neither is edited afterwards.
