Business superintelligence that acts.
The morning briefing:
The three to seven things that need you today, with the detail behind each one.
Every morning, for every account manager, the briefing reads every client and lists only what needs attention, in order of urgency, with the reason and the action to take.
One client on the free plan. Every client on the paid levels.
Three items need you today.
Nothing is sent until you send it. Illustrative clients.
How it is built:
What it reads
For every client: emails waiting for a reply, especially unhappy ones or ones that copy in a boss. Sudden changes in the numbers the client may already have noticed. Promises due in the next 48 hours. Clients who have gone quiet. Renewals within thirty days that nobody has discussed. Wins worth mentioning.
What makes the list
Three sections: needs action, good to know, promise due. Each item names the client, the reason, the evidence (with links to the message or the finding) and the suggested action: review the draft, write a check-in, open the client.
What it leaves out
Routine activity. The briefing is short on purpose. An empty one is better than a noisy one.
Where it arrives
In the app at the time you choose, and as a Slack direct message if you connect Slack.
The tone
Short, direct, factual. No filler.
An example:
Tuesday, 7:00am:
Your briefing
Three items need you today. Two to know about. One commitment due.
Needs action: Northline Apparel. Sarah replied at 11:40pm asking why September closed 14% down. A reply is drafted from Monday's diagnosis.
Review draft
Signals: inbound email, negative sentiment, exec copied. Draft cites the promotion end ($17,000), the Meta cut ($8,900) and the GA4 gap ($4,100).
Needs action: Harbor Supply. No inbound in 9 days. Renewal in 31 days with no renewal conversation on the record.
Draft check-in
Commitment due Friday: the Wayne Goods data-processing addendum, promised 2 September.
